The library does not maintain electronic reserves. Professors may use Moodle to disseminate information electronically. Please be aware of copyright law when posting to Moodle!
Print reserves must comply with copyright law. An interlibrary loaned book or article may not be placed on reserve.
For print reserves, two day advance notice and at least one clean copy are needed. The library will affix a barcode number to each copy. Please indicate the length of time the item should remain on reserve. Items can remain on the shelf for more than one term if necessary.
Personal copies should be picked up from the library at the end of the term or when they are no longer needed for a course.
Contact Emily Hoffman, Access Services Librarian at email@example.com or 630-844-5439 if you have questions about print reserves.
If you plan to show a clip from one of Phillips Library's videos/DVDs in class, please contact Emily Hoffman, Access Services Librarian at firstname.lastname@example.org or 630-844-5439. Please make your request as early in the term as possible to ensure the desired item is available. For help requesting media from another school, please contact the reference librarian at 630-844-7534, or libref@aurora,edu, or live chat.
