Phillips Library Hours

Phillips Library will continue to provide research assistance for students and faculty while classes are suspended and online. The building will be closed effective 3/16/2020.

Help From Librarians

Phillips Library librarians are available for research assistance and instruction:

  • Green Chat Button (located on the side of this page and throughout our website).
  • Question Form (visible from the Help Page or when Green Chat Button is Offline) Submit your question and a librarian will respond as soon as possible.
  • Text 630-796-7615
  • Online Appointment with a librarian: http://libguides.aurora.edu/appointments

Off Campus Login for Library Resources

Access library resources from the library homepage, then you will be prompted to login. Use your AU username and password (same as Moodle and email). If you experience difficulties logging in, please contact the library or ITS.

Broken Links?

If your instructor has provided a link to a journal article or eBook that is broken, you may reach out to the librarians to help you track down the resource.

Requesting Articles via ILL

Tipasa interlibrary loan requests for article and chapter copies are still being processed, dependent on the policies/availability of our lending partner libraries. We have tutorials to assist you in this process. I-Share deliveries are suspended until further notice system-wide, so the I-Share catalog is available for browsing only. Please contact Rachel Ford (rford@aurora.edu) with questions about I-Share or Tipasa ILL.
