Library Study Rooms

Room Reservation Guidelines


  • The rooms are for study purposes only. Student organization groups seeking meeting space should contact their faculty adviser for help finding a meeting room.
  • There is a 2-hour time limit for room reservations.
  • You may reserve a room a maximum of once a day for a maximum of 2 times per week.
  • Reservations can be made up to 1 week in advance.
  • Reservations are held for 15 minutes. If a group does not show, the room will be opened for new reservations.

NEW: If your reservation is after 5 p.m. or on a weekend, please check in at the information desk.

Use the button below to make reservation using Academic SupportNet. The Academic SupportNet allows you to book library study rooms or make appointments with librarians or the ASC staff.

To reserve a study room, make sure you select the Library Study Rooms calendar from the drop-down menu.

Room Details

Each study room can accommodate a different number of people and has different resources available. 

Room 204 seats up to 8 people. It has a whiteboard.

Room 206 seats up to 12 people. It has a whiteboard and collaboration board you can connect to a laptop.

Room 203 seats up to 16 people. It has a rolling whiteboard.
