Study Rooms

Guidelines


   

  • The rooms are for study purposes only. Student organization groups seeking meeting space should contact their faculty adviser for help finding a meeting room.
  • Reservations are given to study groups of 3 to 8 people for Room 204 and 3 to 12 people for the Learning Lab. 
  • There is a 2 hour time limit for room reservations.
  • A group may reserve a room a maximum of once a day for a maximum of 2 times per week.
  • Reservations can be made up to 1 week in advance.
  • Reservations are held for 15 minutes. If a group does not show, then the time will be opened for new reservations.

For study rooms on the 2nd floor at the east end of the building, contact Academic Support Center about usage and reservations.

Use the button below to make reservation using AU Academic Success.  AU Academic Success allows you to book library study rooms or make appoints with the ASC.  To book a library study room, make sure you are registered with AU Academic Success and you are on the Library Study Rooms calendar.

 

 

You can also make room reservations through, chat, in person at the library, or by text/phone to schedule a group study room.
