  1. To locate items in either Phillips Library or Scott Library, begin on the Search page.
  2. Once you locate the item you need, use the grey Request Item button or select "Check if item can be requested" next to the Available status.
  3. You will be asked to login before placing the request: your barcode is 2251100XXXXXXX, replacing the Xs with your 7-digit AU ID number.
  4. Be sure to select your preferred location (ARU Circulation desk for Phillips Library or GWC Circulation Desk) from the Pickup Location dropdown menu.
  5. Please allow at least 2-3 business days for travel between campuses. You will receive an email when your item is available for pick up.
  6. Return the item to either the Phillips Library or the Scott Library.

If you find that an item that you need cannot be requested using the steps above, please send an email to docdel@aurora.edu, including information about the item requested (title, author, date of publication, and call number) as well as your first name and last name, your AU email address (if different from the address you are using), and your AU ID number (available from your WebAdvisor profile). You will receive a response and, if the item can be sent to your preferred location, you will receive an additional email once it is ready for pick up.
