  • Provide high-quality information literacy instruction (how to locate, access, and use information) to students
  • Hold materials on reserve for use by students
  • Provide one-on-one research help or database searching strategies to students by appointment
  • Create assignment-specific guides for research assignments that can be embedded directly into Moodle
  • Take requests for additions to Phillips Library collections
  • Provide feedback on curriculum change forms required by faculty senate
  • Compile lists of resources Phillips Library already owns that would be useful for courses
  • Support efforts to find Open Educational Resources (OER) for courses
  • Provide research assistance for faculty research projects or articles
