Students can modify appointments by logging in to Academic SupportNet, and then clicking on their appointment box. A pop-up window will open with a button to "Edit Appointment" at the very bottom. After editing an appointment,be sure to click “Save Changes” at very bottom of the window.
Appointment modifications can include: changing the meeting format (Face-to-Face or Zoom), attaching documents, or adding additional information to the appointment form.
How to Cancel an Appointment
Authorized cancellations are permitted up to 3 hours in advance of your appointment with professional tutors and up to 8 hours in advance for peer tutors.
Login to Academic SupportNet
If the red cancel box appears, click and proceed to cancel. Confirmation will be sent
If the red cancel box is no longer visible, you are past the allowable time for a cancellation
Please note, after two late cancellations or missed appointments, your Academic SupportNet account will be automatically limited to drop-in/walk-in meetings only (no advance reservation) for the remainder of the semester.
