How to Modify an Appointment

Students can modify appointments by logging in to Academic SupportNet, and then clicking on their appointment box. A pop-up window will open with a button to "Edit Appointment" at the very bottom. After editing an appointment, be sure to click “Save Changes” at very bottom of the window.



Appointment modifications can include: changing the meeting format (Face-to-Face or Zoom), attaching documents, or adding additional information to the appointment form.


How to Cancel an Appointment

Authorized cancellations are permitted up to 3 hours in advance of your appointment with professional tutors and up to 8 hours in advance for peer tutors.

  • Login to Academic SupportNet
  • If the red cancel box appears, click and proceed to cancel. Confirmation will be sent
  • If the red cancel box is no longer visible, you are past the allowable time for a cancellation


Please note, after two late cancellations or missed appointments, your Academic SupportNet account will be automatically limited to drop-in/walk-in meetings only (no advance reservation) for the remainder of the semester.
